A. The tour is cancelled if it rains.
We’ll check the forecast and let you know by 6:00 PM the evening before. If we have to stop the tour within the first hour due to a sudden downpour, we’ll give you a full refund. However, if it’s been more than an hour, it will be considered a finished tour.

A. Absolutely! We welcome families to enjoy the tour together.
Please note that for E-Bike cycling tours, children must be at least 135 cm tall to ensure a safe and comfortable ride. We offer plans suited to different ages, so please feel free to join us!

• Cash (Important): Many local restaurants and shops on the route only accept cash. We recommend having Japanese Yen with you for lunch or souvenirs.

• Water and light snacks: Some areas do not have convenience stores or shops nearby.

• Sunscreen and sunglasses: Recommended for protection during the ride.

A. Restrooms are available at the meeting/dismissal stations and in the lunch area.
Depending on the route, there are also public facilities and rest stops. We design our courses so that participants can reach a restroom at least every 2.5 hours.

A: Cancellations made by the customer are free of charge up to 4 days before the tour date.
3 days before: 30% of the tour fee
2 days before / Day before: 50% of the tour fee
On the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
